Wedding Transportation Tips
We have been helping with weddings and other special events for over 25 years. These are some of the things to look out for to make your special day run perfectly:
Motor Coaches move very slowly
Driving a motor coach to pick up guests on crowded Miami Beach and downtown streets takes time. Bus operators are specially licensed and very skilled but it takes time to navigate the heavy South Florida traffic.
Motor Coaches don't fit inside of some driveways
Venues have specific limitations. The Mandarin Oriental doesn't allow motor coaches on property, many hotels don't. If your celebration is at The Kampong, coaches won't be coming up the driveway. The trees are too low. We prepare for these contingencies as part of our transportation plan,
Umbrellas are our friends
The South Florida weather during wedding season includes our 3 pm daily showers. Make sure your venue, planner and transportation provider have plenty of large golf umbrellas on hand. They will save the day.
On Site Dispatcher
Having an onsite dispatcher who communicates with the chauffeurs and bus operators and tracks the vehicles really take the pressure off of your planner. We provide one in our packages.
