Wedding Transportation Tips

We have been helping with weddings and other special events for many years. These are some of the things to look out for to make your special day run perfectly:

Make sure to verify the vehicles you order.

If you order a Mercedes Benz Sprinter, make sure you get one.  Companies use Ford Transits as substitutes and their air conditioners won't handle South Florida heat and humidity.  There are many makes and models of coaches.  On this site, the pictures are of vehicles that we operate.  That's not true of all companies.  Some just book your cars and send them to other companies to fulfill.

Motor Coaches move slowly

Driving a motor coach to pick up guests on crowded Miami Beach and downtown streets takes time.  Bus operators are specially licensed and very skilled but it takes time to navigate the heavy South Florida traffic.

Motor Coaches don't fit inside of some driveways

If your celebration is at Kampong Gardens, for instance, our coaches won't be coming up the driveway.  The trees are too low.  Check with your venue and provider for these limitations.

Umbrellas are our friends

The South Florida weather during wedding season includes our 3 pm daily showers.  Make sure your venue, planner and transportation provider have plenty of large golf umbrellas on hand.  They will save the day.

These are just a few of the things to think about while planning your event.

Any other questions about wedding transportation, please don't hesitate to call.
